The impression of macho I had in mind –
a minute, how to write it, ‘maco’ or ‘macho’?? *thinking* Ahh..whatever!!
because the most important thing here is I want to looked macho when we discuss
about jacket and men. For men, jacket have many function. They use it all the
time – while driving until they go to sleep! Whatever the age is – from
teenagers to oldies (or we can just say ‘adults’ if the word “oldies” bothered
you *winking*) – men and jacket mostly a package.
Each kind of jacket has its own fans,
for example: adults feel its better to wear leather jacket as they looked more
mature with it, while teenagers wear sweater to be looked more casual. More
than that, there are another benefit of jacket that usually ignored by some people
as below :
1. Safety while driving
Safety while driving? Yeah!! Jacket is
one of a must-thing to wear when you drive, especially when riding motorcycle
or even if you just go out for biking! Can you imagine if you did not wear
long-sleeved jacket and you accidentally fall down (never hope it will happen
to you though) and your arm and your hand will be injured (in Javanese language
we call it ‘babras’ – don’t mind me, its just intermezzo :p).
But the risk to ‘babras’ your body will
definitely decrease if you just spend a few time to wear jacket, right?! In
addition, also don’t forget to wear helmet to ensure your safety while driving.
2. Lookedlmacho
For men, wearing jackets will effect to their performance. Wear a suitable kind of jackets at a proper occasion will make them looked more macho. It’s right that leather jackets actually can make you look more mature but what’s wrong for teenagers if they wear this kind of jackets? Instead, teenagers can just simply wear it to show-of in front of their friends sometimes.

cloth, include jackets, are affected to men fashion especially in Indonesia. By
wearing distro’s product they will feel more up-to-date and looked more trendy.
4. Identity
Sometimes jackets can be used to promote
a community or group. By wearing jackets they can show
their unity and people will recognize their group easier, just by seeing their
unique jackets.
